11-13th July 2025
Westmoreland County Showground

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we’re heartbroken to announce that the Old School Weekender will need to be rescheduled for next year. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, and sadly, it’s one that’s been taken out of our hands.
We completely understand how disappointing this news is, and we want to thank everyone for your patience and support. If you’ve already bought a ticket, you have two options:
• We’re happy to offer a full refund
• Or you can carry your ticket over to next year’s event – which we’re already working on and promise will be bigger and better than ever!
Thank you again for your understanding – we’ll keep you updated and can’t wait to party with you next year!
Our Chosen Charity

Bay Search and Rescue is a dedicated, independent charity providing specialist search and rescue services across Morecambe Bay, the Lake District, and North Lancashire. Established in 2001 by two former coastguards, the team has grown from operating hovercrafts to managing a cutting-edge fleet, including Hagglund BV206s, Arancias, drones, and amphibious vehicles. These resources, combined with the expertise of a 24/7 operational volunteer team, enable swift and effective rescues in quicksand, snow, floods, and challenging terrains.
The charity is deeply committed to supporting all emergency services, preventing the loss of human and animal life, and assisting in major disasters across the UK as a DEFRA-accredited flood rescue team and HMRC Coast Guard declared facility. With over 40 callouts annually and a history of involvement in significant incidents, such as the Morecambe Bay cockling tragedy and nationwide flood rescues, the team is known for their exceptional skills, unique techniques, and collaborative training with other rescue organizations.
Funded primarily through three charity shops and community donations, Bay Search and Rescue operates with a clear vision: to continually develop its resources, share its expertise, and provide vital support for those in need, ensuring a safer environment for all.
