TICKET T&C'S

  1. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase unless the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled, then a face-value refund will be given. This means it doesn’t include your booking fee.

  2. Management reserves the right to alter or, in the event of adverse weather conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance.

  3. The right of admission is reserved.

  4. The festival reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the festival where it deems it necessary or appropriate due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control (for example, due to an epidemic, pandemic or act of God). In such instances, the festival shall always seek to reschedule the event, and your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you must notify the festival in the specified deadline. In such instances you may cancel your order and will be eligible for a refund of the sale price of the ticket (excluding the booking fee paid). Failure to notify the festival within the specified deadline that you are unable to attend the new date will be deemed to be a reconfirmation of your order for the ticket(s) for the new date, and you will not be able to claim a refund.

  5. Listing of tickets on any resale site other than our official reseller is not permitted, and any Tickets seen so be listed may be cancelled without refund.

  6. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

  7. Defaced tickets will not be accepted.

  8. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult. Proof of age may be requested at the point of entry and at the bars. Challenge 25 will be in place at the point of entry for all adult ticket holders.

  9. Under 18s will not be served alcohol, and those who appear under 25 may be challenged and refused if proof of age cannot be produced.

  10. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for their children throughout the festival. A contact number must be written on a child’s wristband.

  11. By attending the festival, you grant Old School Weekender Festival full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming. This might include (but is not limited to) the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media and press releases.

  12. Professional photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited. No recording of any kind without prior permission of the organisers.

  13. No drones are permitted on site.

  14. Strictly no glass allowed on-site. The land is home to animals when we’re not here.

  15. The campsite opens at 2 pm on Friday. All ticket holders must leave the site by 12pm on Monday.

  16. Gates close strictly for re-entry only at 9.00pm. (No new admissions) 

  17. The Festival may refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for unreasonable or dangerous behaviour. We reserve the right to evict in case of a) anti-social behaviour and/or b) behaving in a manner that has made someone feel unsafe.

  18. We design the site with your safety in mind. You agree to stick to the confines of the festival arena and campsite. If you enter any unlit expanses, fenced-off areas, or sign-posted out-of-bound locations, you do so at your own risk, and the festival will not be liable.

  19. A separate area is provided for campervans, caravans, and live-in vehicles. A ticket for a pitch must be purchased separately. No electric hookups are available. Pitches are 8m x 6. This must include the vehicle and any gazebos/awnings. Pitches are first come, first served and filled in order. If you want to be next to friends, please arrive together. We will not be able to reserve pitches. Max 4 persons.

  20. Our tent pitches are 8x4m. If you bring are larger tent you need to pay for a lager tent ticket.

  21. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

  22. No animals (except assistance dogs) are permitted.

  23. No open fires or disposable barbecues.

  24. No fireworks, sky lanterns, smoke canisters, kites or drones are permitted.

  25. No generators and no unauthorised sound systems on site, including in campsites.

  26. Flags are only permitted in the campsites.

  27. No illegal drugs, legal highs or nitrous oxide are permitted.

  28. No weapons are permitted.

  29. No stalls or market sales without permission of the organisers.

  30. Ticket holders are subject to search by authorised security upon entry and during the event.

  31. Random bag searches will in place at the entrance. Event security have no statutory right to search you or your belongings, but as this is a condition of entry, you may not permitted entry to the event if you refuse. Those found to be carrying large amounts of alcohol or glass will be asked to return these items to their vehicle. Anyone found carrying illegal substances will not be permitted entry to the event, and a refund will not be given.

  32. The Festival reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and you are responsible for checking these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain in compliance with them.

 

We wanted to remind everyone about the importance of respecting the land that we have been graciously allowed to use for this event.
We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to gather together and celebrate in such a beautiful setting. We must leave no trace and do our part to ensure the land remains unharmed for years to come.
Please remember to clean up after yourselves, dispose of waste properly, and be mindful of your surroundings.
